Pho Soup Made Easy

Prep time 10 minutes

  • 2  squares of Brown Rice Noodles
  • 4 cups of vegetable broth

Seasoning for Broth:

  • 1 tablespoon Organic Star Anise
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Saigon Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger

Garnishes:

  • Chili oil
  • Coco Aminos or Hoisin Sauce
  • Siracha
  • 1 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 Jalapeno or shisedo peppers sliced
  • 1 bunch of Green onions sliced
  • 1 teaspoons of chili flakes
  • 1 lime sliced in 4 quarters
  • Salt to taste
  • Meat options: Thinly slices beef or cubed fish or thinly sliced chicken breast
  • ½ cup Portobella mushrooms sliced vegetarian option
  • 1 bunch of broccoli  washed and separated
  • 1 handfull of organic green beans snapped
  • 1 lime sliced in 4 quarters

Cooking time 5 minutes

  • Step 1: boil broth and spices in a sauce pan
  • Step 2: Add meat or mushrooms & noodles  along with broccoli, green beans  Heat 1  minute until noodles are tender . Add garnishes and serve immediately
