New affordable housing comes to Fresno! The Monarch @ Chinatown is having a virtual groundbreaking event. The project will offer quality and affordable housing in the heart of Chinatown, with 57 units and environmentally-friendly amenities, contributing to the transformation and revitalization of Fresno.
This course follows the smart cycling curriculum developed by the League of American Bicyclists and covers bike basics, bike maintenance, bike security and gear. Attendees of both Smart Cycling I and Smart Cycling II will receive a helmet and light, sponsored by BPAC and subject to availability.
