New! Fresno TCC Collaborative Quarterly Meetings
The Fresno Transformative Climate Communities Collaborative (FTCCC) will hold their 1st Quarterly Meeting on Wednesday, December 13th from 5-7:30pm to review submitted projects related to TCC. The meeting will be held at the Westside Church of God, located at 1424 West California Avenue. Spanish and Hmong translation will be provided. Check-in and refreshments will be available from 5-5:30pm, and the meeting will begin at 5:30pm. This is an opportunity to provide the community with updates regarding the submitted projects and any corresponding changes, as well as provide you an opportunity to ask questions.
The Community Steering Committee
The Fresno Transformative Climate Communities Collaborative includes a Community Steering Committee which will be meeting regularly from July through October of 2017. This committee is responsible for making decisions about the final package of projects that will be selected to be included in the City of Fresno’s proposal to the Strategic Growth Council for $70 million of funding. Anyone who lives, works, or owns property in downtown, Chinatown, or southwest Fresno can join the Community Steering Committee. The Committee’s ultimate direction for the City of Fresno is advisory and will be considered by the Mayor and Fresno City Council for final approval.

Project Kickoff Workshops
The Fresno Transformative Climate Communities Collaborative includes an open proposal process. People and organizations that are interested in submitting a project for consideration by the Collaborative to be included in the City of Fresno’s proposal should attend at least one Proposal Kickoff Workshop to learn more about eligible projects, what should be included in a proposal, and to connect with others who may be interested in partnering on projects collectively. Technical assistance will be avaliable for people and organizations organizing projects.

Project Review Day
On September 20th, all proposers with projects moving forward presented their concepts to the community.
